This sweet baby girl came into our studio and was the best little model for her photoshoot.

These sweet boys are oh-so-loved! Their parents are living on a large boat that they travel the world in. They stopped in Charleston to have the babies and post-natal care at MUSC which is how they ended up in our studio for their session!
We were even able to sneak in some generational photos with grandma' while she was in town to complete this new mom's dreams!

The Newborn Experience
We keep our focus on the baby using creams, whites, and subtle colors and texture. Welcoming a new baby is such a huge moment for growing families. Whether this is your first baby, third baby (or more!) we are going to make sure your experience is as care-free and stress-free as we possibly can! We provide a client closet of options to use if you desire an elegant look to your family portraits. We also provide all props and accessories for the baby on the day of the session to ensure we deliver our clean and crisp timeless images to every client. We work hard to ensure no detail is left behind!

Every experience starts with a 15-ish minute Phone Consultation to see if we are a good fit! We will go over all of our session details and pricing information with you at this time and answer any questions you may have.
If you're ready to book with us, we will collect your non-refundable retainer and officially welcome you to our studio-family at that time! Yay!
1. Say Hello
Once we have confirmed your booked session with us, we will send over your welcome email with access to your client portal! This is where you will find all pertinent information regarding your session - including a newborn prep guide on steps we recommend taking to prepare yourself and your baby the morning of the session. We also provide other documents such as a style guide for other family members with recommendations on what to wear for the big day!
We will also schedule a planning appointment with you to plan out the session of your dreams and go over any additional information at that time.
2. Your Welcome Email
When the big day has arrived, I can assure you that we have handled all the details for you and are ready to rock-and-roll!
Newborn sessions are scheduled Monday - Thursday at 10:00 A.M. and typically last around 3-hours as we work at baby's pace and stop for feeds when necessary. My assistant and I work as quickly and efficiently as possible, ensuring your baby's comfort and safety at all times.
Light snacks and drinks are available throughout your time with us!
3. Your Session
After your session is complete, we will schedule your reveal and ordering appointment for a date within 1-3 weeks of the session date. This appointment is where you will see your softly-edited images for the first time and place your final order.
While we do not fully edit all images for this appointment, we do edit a small handful for you to gain a visual idea of what your master art retouched images will look like.
4. Your reveal appointment
We will finalize the master art retouching on your selected images within 2-3 weeks of your reveal appointment. Once completed, we will send your images via an online gallery for your review and approval to be sent off for printing of any custom products you may have ordered from one of our professional portrait labs around the world! At that time, you are welcome to download your images and start enjoying them.
5. Your image & product delivery
A $399 non-refundable retainer is due at the time of booking to secure your session on our calendar and will go towards your final purchase.

WHERE IS THE STUDIO LOCATED?
The Studio is located in the pines of Summerville, South Carolina. Just a few miles off of the I-26 interstate near downtown Summerville, we are easy to get to no matter where you're coming from!
DO YOU SCHEDULE SESSIONS ON THE WEEKENDS?
No. Newborn sessions are scheduled Monday - Thursday at 10:00 A.M. in our studio with no exceptions.
WHEN IS THE BEST TIME TO BOOK MY SESSION?
Our studio works with eight clients per month. Of those, we only reserve four newborn due dates per month. We recommend reserving your session in your 2nd trimester.
WHEN WILL THE SESSION TAKE PLACE?
Maternity sessions are scheduled for a date within your 28 - 34th week of pregnancy.
Newborn sessions are reserved by due date and schedule for a date within 7-21 days of the baby's arrival.
WHAT HAPPENS IF THE BABY IS NOT BORN IN THEIR RESERVED DUE DATE MONTH?
No matter when your baby decides to make their Earth-side debut, there will be a place on our schedule for your session! This is a big reason why we only take a select number of sessions per month.
